We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Site Administrator to join our team on a civil project in WA.
This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a key role within a dynamic project team, contributing to the successful delivery of a major project. The role operates on a 2:1 roster, offering a balanced and flexible lifestyle.

To be considered for this position as a Site Administrator you must possess the following as a minimum:
- Recent FIFO experience within a Site Administrator position
- Proven experience within the Civil and/or Mining industry
- Strong ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Experience coordinating flights, accommodation and travel arrangements
- Proficiency in modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
As a Site Administrator on our site, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage rosters, flights and accommodation and travel movements for all personnel
- Accurately entering daily payroll hours, machine hours and site movements
- Maintaining both electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Reconciling and reporting monthly data for operational tracking
- Generating daily reports to monitor and distribute weekly updates
- Overseeing the hire and maintenance records for heavy and light machinery, including breakdowns and servicing
- Managing requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services, including receipting and invoice reconciliation
- Entering and reconciling fuel usage data for monthly tax claims
