Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our Engineering Construction division on the Brigalow Project in Chinchilla, Queensland. This is a fixed-term opportunity on a 2:1 roster. The role is DIDO from Brisbane, with FIFO to Brisbane available for candidates based elsewhere on the East Coast. We are ideally seeking Queensland-based candidates who are passionate about customer service, take pride in their organisational skills, and enjoy supporting busy project teams in a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage site-based project systems, databases and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth daily operations.
• Provide timely administrative support across site functions, including mobilisation, site access, reporting and general coordination.
• Act as a key point of contact for a high volume of personnel.
• Manage and maintain documentation including timesheets, procurement records and HSE files.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a Site Administrator role within construction, resources, energy or infrastructure.
• Ability to work closely with site representatives and workforce management teams to ensure a seamless mobilisation process.
• Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly within the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
