The Role:

• Manage schedules, rosters, travel arrangements, and general site administration tasks
• Assist with mobilisation processes, consulting with medical and mobilisation teams
• Manage leave, absences and update rosters and INX as required
• Order PPE, supplies, and stock for all Mining personnel and areas
• Maintain digital files, prepare documents, and manage general IT-related tasks

What does Programmed need from you?

• INX Software experience (essential)
• Based in Darwin or Alice Springs
• Available for immediate start
• Prior Site Administrative experience
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical include drug and alcohol test
• Ability to provide a clean national police clearance
