About the Role

• End-to-end site administration
• Managing site rosters, mobilisation, flights and accommodation
• Coordinating onboarding and workforce movements
• Raising purchase orders, receipting and reconciling invoices (SAP or Pronto)
• Maintaining employee records and site documentation
• Meeting coordination, minute taking and document control
• Managing site office supplies, PPE, uniforms and stationery
• Providing general administration support to site leadership and operational teams

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a FIFO Site Administration role
• Previous experience working on a remote mine site (essential)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
• High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
• Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and mining systems including:
  • INX InFlight
  • SAP
  • Pronto
  • Other mobilisation and travel management systems

To Be Considered, You’ll Also Require

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (manual preferred)
• National Police Clearance
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
