As our projects continue to expand, we are growing our workforce and are currently looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our team at a coal mine in the Blackwater region.
Your new role:
Use your site administration experience and strong organisational abilities to become an integral part of our maintenance team.
This DIDO position operates on a 5/2/4/3 roster and will involve providing key administrative support to on-site operations.
Your duties will include:
- Delivering administrative and clerical support to the maintenance team
- Managing site records, registers, reporting, and data entry
- Assisting with scheduling, raising and closing work orders, and handling purchase orders
- Supporting various departments with reporting, scheduling, document control, minute taking, and filing
- Carrying out general administrative tasks and other duties as required
Your skills and experience:
- Live local to Blackwater to suit the 5/2/4/2 roster (6am-4pm)
- Previous experience in a site-based administrative role within mining, with maintenance admin experience highly desirable
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, including document and records management
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams
- Current Standard 11 and a valid Queensland Driver’s Licence
