Monadelphous is seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our Engineering and Construction division on a new Wind Farm construction project in the Pilbara, for a major mining client. It's a new technology platform, first of its kind to be built in Australia, starting with a 17 turbine pilot, with potential for the project to scale to significantly to 100+ turbines. This is a fixed term, opportunity on an 2:1 roster, FIFO from Perth. Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and can foster communication between our site teams and the rostering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning the mobilisations and demobilisations of project personnel
• Liaising between the client and company to ensure all personnel are compliant for site
• Managing and maintaining documentation including timesheets, procurement and HSE files
• Upholding communication between Perth and site-based offices
• Acting as a point of contact for a high volume of personnel

What you’ll bring:

• 1 year experience in site administration within the resources sector
• Ability to work closely with site representatives and workforce management team to offer a seamless mobilisation process to our employees
• Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
