About the Role

Site Administration Supervisor | FIFO

Lead a high-performing site administration team and play a key role in supporting the success of a busy FIFO mining operation.

4:3 Roster Start dates – 14th or 22nd of September

We are seeking an experienced Site Administration Supervisor to oversee site administration, workforce logistics, accommodation coordination, and village support services within a large-scale mining environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced FIFO setting and enjoys driving operational efficiency while supporting site personnel.

About the Role Reporting to the Operations Leadership Team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the Site Administration department, ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services, workforce logistics, accommodation management, reporting, and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Site Administrators
  • Manage site personnel logistics, including rosters, accommodation, and travel coordination
  • Oversee workforce movement reporting and personnel tracking
  • Coordinate village accommodation and liaise with service providers
  • Maintain and improve administrative systems, processes, and document control
  • Support mobilisation and site access requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and operational events
  • Assist with contract administration, invoicing, and records management
  • Complete compliance, safety, and end-of-month reporting requirements
  • Build strong relationships with site leaders, contractors, and service providers

About You / Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Site Administration Supervisor or senior Site Administration position
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience within mining, resources, construction, or FIFO operations
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing administration teams
  • Strong understanding of workforce logistics, mobilisation, accommodation, and travel coordination
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced site environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
