Your new role

We are seeking experienced Site Administrators with strong INX capability to support site operations on an 8:6 FIFO roster (Thursdays).

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing workforce movements and data within INX (essential)
• Coordinating site arrivals, departures, and accommodation allocations
• Maintaining accurate personnel records and compliance documentation
• Supporting reporting, timesheets, and general site administration
• Acting as a key point of contact for employees and contractors on site

Travel & site details:

FIFO from Perth (Maroomba Airport) to Meekatharra Airport

Approx. 40-minute bus transfer to site

Shared B2B accommodation (admin rooms)

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven site-based admin experience in mining/resources
• Solid, client-side INX experience (non-negotiable)
• Previous FIFO experience on structured rosters (ideally 8:6)
• Strong understanding of mobilisation, compliance, and workforce coordination
• High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
