Your new company

Our client is a leading underground zinc mining operation located in North West Queensland. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join their team on a short-term contract, with the potential for ongoing employment based on performance.

Your new role

Reporting to the site team, you will provide high-level administrative support across a range of functions including site access management, onboarding and mobilisation, document control, reporting, travel coordination, purchasing administration, and general office support. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site administration function.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous administration experience, preferably in the mining industry
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Current manual driving licence
• First Aid Certificate
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Experience with SAP, Gallagher, or document management systems will be highly regarded
• Certificate III in Business Administration is advantageous
