Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Supervisor for an upcoming shutdown in South Australia commencing August 2026.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews. Working 2:2 roster, flights from Brisbane are first preference.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical crews.
• Ensure compliance with Monadelphous, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
• Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

What you will bring

• 3 years minimum experience working in the resources sector in a site-based supervisor role.
• Australia recognised Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker trade certificate (mandatory)
• Proven ability to manage multidiscipline work crews.
• Confident user of MS Office Suite.
• Well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Proof of right to work in Australia
