About the Role

Working across a large-scale underground hard rock mining environment, you will play a critical role in ground support activities, ensuring safe and efficient development and production operations. You will be responsible for the safe operation of shotcrete equipment while working closely with mine operations and development crews underground.

This position offers a family-friendly FIFO roster with:

• 7/7 Night Shift Roster
• 8/6 Day Shift Roster

FIFO is provided from Townsville, Cairns and Brisbane, with all meals and accommodation supplied whilst on site.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous underground mining experience as a Shotcreter
• Demonstrated experience operating underground shotcrete equipment in a hard rock mining environment
• Sound understanding of ground support and underground mining safety practices
• Current Driver's Licence
• Ability to work effectively within a high-performing underground operations team
• Strong commitment to safety and following site procedures
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Ability to successfully complete a National Police Check
