About the Role

As an Underground Shift Supervisor at Cowal Gold Mine-the largest project Redpath has ever undertaken-you'll be the driving force behind daily underground operations. TYou'll lead crews, allocate resources, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards, all while living Redpath's motto: "Consider it done - safely."7/7 Roster

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shift tasks with site leadership.
• Allocate machinery and work areas.
• Supervise, mentor, and support underground crews.
• Ensure compliance with SWIs, mine plans, and Redpath standards.
• Complete shift reports, timesheets, and operational documentation.
• Champion safety, environmental, and quality performance.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

About You / Requirements

• WA UG shift boss ticket.
• Underground hard‑rock mining experience.
• Relevant licences and certifications.
• Manual driver's licence.
• Strong work ethic and a safety‑first mindset.
