About the Role
As an Underground Shift Supervisor at Cowal Gold Mine-the largest project Redpath has ever undertaken-you'll be the driving force behind daily underground operations. TYou'll lead crews, allocate resources, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards, all while living Redpath's motto: "Consider it done - safely."7/7 Roster
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate shift tasks with site leadership.
- Allocate machinery and work areas.
- Supervise, mentor, and support underground crews.
- Ensure compliance with SWIs, mine plans, and Redpath standards.
- Complete shift reports, timesheets, and operational documentation.
- Champion safety, environmental, and quality performance.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
About You / Requirements
- WA UG shift boss ticket.
- Underground hard‑rock mining experience.
- Relevant licences and certifications.
- Manual driver's licence.
- Strong work ethic and a safety‑first mindset.
