The Opportunity

The Shift Supervisor position is full time and long-term with full job security, holidays and sick leave accrued. You will receive ongoing support and training and enjoy the following benefits:

• Plan and Coordinate Operations
• Lead and Supervise Teams
• Drive Safety, Quality, and Environmental Standards
• Communicate and Report Effectively
• Support Continuous Improvement and Incident Management

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements:

• Underground Shift Supervisors – must hold Communicate workplace information certificates (formerly S1, S2 & S3)
• Current G1 Safety Induction - Metalliferous Core & Underground
• Underground hardrock mining experience & appropriate tickets/licences in the relevant position they are applying for
• Valid manual drivers licence
• A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto
