The RoleAs an Underground Shift Supervisor at Cowal Gold Mine—the largest project Redpath has ever undertaken—you’ll be the driving force behind daily underground operations. This is a five‑year full‑time contract with strong potential for extension, working across both production and development on a major, long‑life project. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate shift tasks with site leadershipAllocate machinery and work areasSupervise, mentor, and support underground crewsEnsure compliance with SWIs, mine plans, and Redpath standardsComplete shift reports, timesheets, and operational documentationChampion safety, environmental, and quality performanceLead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
