An opportunity to step into a hands-on role with real ownership and long-term growth.About this roleSeeking a hands-on Service Warranty Manager to take ownership of the final stage of the build process and ongoing warranty works.
Conduct final QA inspections prior to handover Manage post-handover warranty and maintenance works Coordinate and oversee trades to ensure timely defect resolution Work closely with the Service Coordinator and report directly to the Building Manager Maintain high-quality standards and strong customer outcomes Utilise systems such as iPad/ClickHome to track jobs and updates Read moreIs this you?
Strong background in residential construction (volume building highly regarded) Trade-qualified (carpentry, plastering, tiling or similar) Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused Strong organisational and communication skills Tech-savvy (ClickHome experience a bonus) Takes pride in quality and customer satisfaction
