About the Company

Penny is an underground gold mine near Mt Magnet where Redpath has had a presence for over 3 years ad a contract that may get extended beyond 2026. Currently we are in look for a Service crew to help us carry out underground activities regarding Ventilation, Electrical reticulation, water pump and material transport in and out of the mine.

Key Responsibilities

• install and remove ventilation ducting;
• hang and remove ventilation fans;
• install water, air, and pump reticulation pipes;
• install electrical reticulation;
• build ventilation devices;
• install and remove pumps and pumping stations;
• operate the Integrated Tool (IT) carrier;
• transport fuel and materials as required; and
• assist the charge up crew.

About You / Requirements

• previous experience in an underground service crew role is required.
• valid manual drivers licence;
• ability to hold and maintain a police clearance certificate; and
• good verbal and written communication skills.
• A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto Consider it done — safely.
