Our esteemed Mining Client is seeking Charge Up Operators and Service Crew to join their high-performing underground mining operation on a 7/7 FIFO roster, flying in and out of Perth. These roles offer excellent pay, a strong site culture, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful 3-month probation period.

About the Role

Charge Up Operators

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Charging development and production headings
  • Safe handling and loading of explosives
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and statutory requirements
  • Supporting underground production activities
• Requirements:
  • WA Shotfirer’s Licence (essential)
  • Previous underground charge-up experience (mandatory)
  • Strong commitment to safety and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively within a team

Service Crew

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and maintenance of underground services (ventilation, pumping systems, piping)
  • Assisting with ground support and mine services
  • Maintaining safe and efficient underground work areas
  • Supporting production crews as required
• Requirements:
  • Previous underground service crew experience (mandatory)
  • Working at Heights certification (essential)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Safety-first mindset and team focus
