This is more than a coordination role — you’ll be at the centre of keeping customer requirements moving.

As a Service Coordinator in our Mackay branch, you’ll connect customers with our Parts and Service teams, helping turn enquiries and requirements into action.

You’ll manage the follow-up behind customer orders, coordinate parts and freight, assist with warranty and quotations, and keep customers informed on delivery and work status. You’ll also work closely with Warehouse, suppliers, technicians, Supervisors and other Komatsu teams to resolve issues and keep things moving.

The role covers a broad mix of customer service, parts coordination, logistics and branch support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where there is always something to solve.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Parts, customer service, administration, warehouse or coordination.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in construction, mining, earthmoving or equipment industries is advantageous.
  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Current motor vehicle licence.
  • Forklift licence advantageous, but not essential.

  • Current motor vehicle licence
  • Forklift licence (desirable)
