About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse Officer with SAP and reagents experience to support warehouse and supply operations for our client, a leading global gold mining company. This is an initial 3-month contract to provide cover for a secondment, offering the opportunity to join a world-class mining operation and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement and supply of critical site materials and consumables
• Coordinate the purchasing and inventory management of reagents and other operational supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records using SAP
• Liaise with vendors and site stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Support warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and housekeeping
• Ensure all health, safety and environmental procedures are adhered to

About You (must have)

• Proven experience working as a Senior Warehouse Officer within the mining industry
• SAP experience (essential)
• Demonstrated reagents experience (essential)
• LF Forklift licence
• Current manual driver's licence
• HR or MR licence
• Available to commence asap and able to pass a full pre-employment medical
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
