Our Group Finance Team plays a critical role in supporting the business through tax compliance, advisory, and financial governance. You’ll work with skilled people who care about doing things the right way and contributing to our teams’ success.

About the Role

As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will be providing expert advice on taxation matters, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, and supporting the organisation’s tax governance framework.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tax returns, tax effect provisions, and supporting workpapers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Estimate and monitor tax forecasting for the Group
  • Support in responding to tax authority audits and reviews.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external advisers, auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of governance standards, internal controls and other tax risk management framework improvements.
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation and provide advice on international tax matters, including BEPS implications.
  • Manage monthly GST and payroll tax returns across the Group.
  • Prepare annual FBT returns and advise on FBT implications relating to employee benefits.
  • Monitor and interpret taxation legislation, including superannuation, PAYG, employee share schemes, and R&D incentives.
  • Provide advice on business initiatives, acquisitions, restructures, intercompany funding and other projects requiring tax input.
  • Support the administration of Group insurance programs, including workers' compensation.
  • Review legislative changes and provide practical advice on business impacts.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years' taxation experience in a professional services firm or large corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, will be highly regarded.

  • Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)
  • Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
