The Opportunity

Step into a leadership role within the WA resources sector while maintaining a genuine work-life balance. We are looking for an experienced Senior Supply professional to lead a team and oversee operations on a Monday to Friday roster.

Based at a major mine site near Collie, this role offers the best of both worlds: a challenging mining leadership position, with the ability to clock off and be home every night. It is an easy drive from the coast (Bunbury/Eaton) or a stone's throw for Collie locals.

The Role

Reporting to site management, you will coordinate the daily rhythm of the supply chain. You won't just be processing orders; you will be managing people and driving strategy.

• Supervise and mentor a team of 5-15 staff members.
• Coordinate all warehouse, inventory, and purchasing functions.
• Drive sourcing initiatives and maintain effective supplier/customer relationships.
• Support the development and review of warehousing procedures to increase efficiency.
• Resolve supply discrepancies and ensure QA compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising teams of 5-15 people is essential.
• Solid background within the Resources/Mining industry.
• High-level proficiency with Pronto ERP and Microsoft Office.
• High Risk Work Licence (Forklift) is required.
• Deep understanding of purchasing, warehousing, and inventory procedures.

The Roster & Pay

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (No weekends).
• Hours: Approx. 42 hours per week.
• Rate: $55.00/hr flat rate to candidate.
• Term: Temporary contract (ASAP Start).
