Description & Requirements

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced Senior SMP Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:2 roster.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews; ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements; and ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring:

• Australian recognised Mechanical or Fabrication Trade Certificate
• Demonstrable experience working as a Senior SMP Supervisor / Superintendent within the resources sector
• Experience providing accurate daily progress, manpower and equipment updates, productivity reporting, delays notifications and key activity updates
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a national workforce in the field
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
• Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
• Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)
