Description & Requirements

Based from our Mackay office, this local role will also provide site-based support during shutdowns and outages as required. Mackay local and a flexibility to work varied rosters is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Weekly invoicing and client claims
• Procurement and purchase order management
• Cost tracking and variance analysis
• Credit card reconciliation
• Daily timesheet entry and weekly payroll for 40+ employees
• Admin support to site manager and project team
• Travel and medical bookings
• Assist with site compliance and onboarding
• General office duties

• Mining Experience preferred but not essential
• Strong MS Office skills
