About the Role

As Senior Services Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination and execution of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services across major mission-critical projects. You will be responsible for driving delivery excellence from design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning, integrated systems testing and final handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and commissioning teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end building services delivery across complex data centre projects
• Drive design coordination, construction planning, commissioning readiness and operational handover
• Manage critical interfaces across electrical, mechanical, ICT, ELV, fire, BMS and control systems
• Lead stakeholder engagement across clients, consultants, subcontractors and commissioning teams
• Ensure excellence in safety, quality, programme and commercial performance
• Champion structured completion processes including testing, commissioning, asset data and operational readiness

About You

We're seeking a leader with proven experience delivering mission-critical environments and complex building services packages. You will bring:

• Significant experience as a Services Manager, MEP Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong data centre and mission-critical project experience
• Knowledge of critical systems including UPS, generators, cooling systems, BMS and fire systems
• Strong commercial, planning and stakeholder management capabilities
• Relevant engineering, building services or trade qualifications
