About the Role
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Perth, WA
Our client, a leading Cost Consultancy firm based in Perth, is dedicated to delivering top-tier cost management services while fostering a stable, dynamic, and fulfilling work environment for our team. The client has been successfully servicing the Mining, Infrastructure, Oil and Gas sectors for over two decades.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- A degree in Estimating/Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is preferred
- 5+ years' experience
- Previous estimating experience would be advantageous
- Strong capabilities in cost planning, measurement, contract management, and leadership, particularly in senior roles
- A comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, pricing, and the industry as a whole
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Estimating Software (required), with experience in Planning and Scheduling software being an added advantage
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong ability to organize, plan, and implement strategies effectively
- A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills
- A collaborative team player, capable of building positive relationships and providing support to colleagues when necessary
