Your new role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a flagship wind farm project. Operating in a client-side capacity, you will lead the project from late development through to construction, commissioning and handover.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership across the full project life cycle
  • Managing delivery partners, EPC contractors and key stakeholders
  • Overseeing project governance, commercial performance and risk management
  • Leading internal project teams and ensuring alignment across development, engineering and delivery functions
  • Driving programme, budget and quality outcomes
  • Representing the project at executive and external stakeholder level

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role delivering large-scale renewable energy projects, (Ideally Wind Farms)
  • Strong background in wind, solar, or major energy-related projects
  • Experience operating in a client-side environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen
