Senior Project Manager – Civil/Structural

About the Project

Join the delivery team working on a state‑funded, greenfield wastewater treatment plant at Chambers Flat. This $350M project includes the WWTP and two conveyance pipelines servicing Park Ridge and Yarrabilba.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Director, as Senior Project Manager – Civil/Structuralyou’ll work as part of the management team overseeing the civil components of the project, collaborating closely with planning, design, scheduling, cost, commissioning, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term success.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
• Minimum 10+ years of complex project management experience within the water and wastewater sector
• Cert IV or Higher Project Management certification
• Leadership qualifications (Frontline Management or the like) highly regarded
• Experience in large scale design and construct treatment plant construction and upgrade works and large-scale water transfer projects involving micro-tunnelling and deep shafts.
• Sub-contractor management
• Financial management and reporting, including budgeting
• Previous team management and leadership experience
