Job Description
About the Role
Assist in the delivery of camp and NPI scopes including: villages, bulk earthworks, utilities, access, laydown & support infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive planning, procurement & construction delivery
- Manage contractors, suppliers & critical interfaces
- Take ownership of scope, schedule, cost & risk
- Lead site execution, ensuring safety, compliance and quality
- Resolve technical issues, design changes & non-conformances
- Maintain momentum across fast-moving construction environments
About You / Requirements
- Degree-qualified Civil / Infrastructure Engineer
- 8+ years delivering NPI or camp infrastructure projects in mining/resources
- Strong background in civils + temporary infrastructure + village facilities
- Proven capability managing contract packages & site delivery
- Experience across utilities (power, water, sewer, comms)
- Confident navigating interfaces across contractors, stakeholders & authorities
- Commercially astute – claims, variations, forecasting
