Our Opportunity
Work Location: Perth. Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a highly organised and strategic Senior Planning & Process Advisor to strengthen planning, governance and operational effectiveness across our Communications function.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Marketing and Communications, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity - from planning major initiatives and preparing executive reporting, to building scalable processes and supporting digital change. You’ll play a key role in helping the team deliver work more efficiently, consistently and with greater impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured planning for major campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready reporting, dashboards and approval materials.
- Design and implement effective planning frameworks, workflows and governance processes.
- Support adoption of new tools, systems and ways of working across the team.
- Provide research and insights to inform decision-making and strategic direction.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or related qualification (administration)
