Monadelphous is currently seeking a Senior Planner for a major construction project in QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish performance objectives and provide timely guidance and feedback to help the planning team reach set target
• Provide planning advice and information to both internal and external customers. Ensure all information provided is both accurate and delivered within established times frames
• Analysing qualitative or quantitative data, drawing conclusions and supporting recommendations for action.
• Assist the Project Manager in compiling major project plans and execution schedules on behalf of the Project. Organise project resources, materials and equipment, as directed to meet project or contractual requirements
• Manage updates to schedule baselines as required and regular progress status reporting

What you will bring:

• 3-5 years+ experience in a similar onsite role within the construction/power industry
• Proven high level of computer literacy, specifically in MS Excel and Primavera P6
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• A methodical approach, paying attention to detail and taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work and meeting deadlines
• Well-developed analytical capabilities
• You are positive, reliable and motivated with a desire to make a difference
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others.
• A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
• Committed to a FIFO roster (2/1) during the construction phase of the project
