The Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the everyday living experience of our residential workforce - ensuring our homes are safe, comfortable, and ready to welcome employees and their families. You’ll take ownership of company housing, coordinating maintenance, refurbishments, and tenancy support that directly contributes to attracting and retaining talent in our local community.

Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles.

Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property coordination, facilities, housing, or maintenance roles
  • Experience coordinating contractors, trades, or service providers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
  • Exposure to budgets, quotes, and cost tracking (desirable)
  • Certificate or Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration or similar (desirable)
  • Current WA C Class Manual Driver’s Licence

About the Role:

  • Coordinate day-to-day management, upkeep, and inspections of company housing
  • Manage maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment works through contractors and suppliers
  • Prepare properties for new occupants and support tenancy coordination
  • Respond to housing queries and assist with end-of-lease processes
  • Ensure housing meets safety, compliance, and company standards
  • Track maintenance costs, obtain quotes, and monitor budgets
  • Maintain accurate records of property condition, occupancy, and works completed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support housing allocation and workforce planning
  • Contribute to improving housing availability and standards to support residential workforce growth
