High Energy Service (HES), a Monadelphous Business, is currently seeking a Senior Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Wangara based team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Mobilisation Officers supporting onboarding, upskilling and mobilisation/demobilisation for all HES employees
• Ability to manage the mobilisation portfolio across all Perth Metro and Regional Teams for a broad range of clients
• Work closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to schedule work allocations
• Coordinate ongoing travel arrangements for white-and-blue-collar employees
• Facilitate seamless mobilisation and demobilisation, coordinating end to end tasks
• Managing flight and accommodation queries
• Check, manage and update labour lists
• Update employee, shutdown and project information on applicable databases
• Coordination of onboarding inductions, training and DAS (Drug & Alcohol) screenings

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience managing a mobilisation team
• Proactive, punctual and reliable team player
• Strong client liaison skills
• Proven organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work within deadlines
• Strong attention to detail including good verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel (Intermediate usage)
• Right to work in Australia
