With active open pit production and underground portals coming online, the role provides the variety and technical exposure that many Senior Geologists seek but rarely find. You'll play a key role in guiding production geology activities while helping shape a growing team and supporting the next stage of the operation's development.

Working closely with the Geology Superintendent, you'll lead production geology activities, support grade control and reconciliation programs, and provide technical guidance to both geology and mining teams. You'll also play an important role in mentoring geologists and helping build capability within an expanding department.

This role offers a balance of technical and leadership responsibilities. You'll contribute to geological interpretation, ore delineation and continuous improvement initiatives while remaining closely connected to day-to-day mining activities. As the operation continues to evolve, you'll have the opportunity to influence geological processes, improve systems and help establish best-practice approaches across the team.
