You’ll be at the centre of business development activity — coordinating tenders, crafting high quality proposals, and bringing marketing initiatives to life.Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help position Redpath for success in competitive bids and projects around the world.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver end to end tender and bid submissions
• Review tender documentation and manage timelines to ensure winning outcomes
• Write, edit, and refine compelling proposal content and technical responses
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs and drive bid quality
• Develop professional presentations and submission materials
• Support business development and marketing initiatives
• Create and maintain marketing collateral, branding, and corporate publications
• Assist with merchandise coordination and brand consistency

Qualifications

About You

• Proven experience coordinating tenders and bid processes
• Strong writing, editing, and document formatting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced skills in InDesign / Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
