THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the HR Manager, Corporate the Senior HR Advisor Remuneration will provide timely and quality remuneration, benefits and policy advice along with the delivery of core cyclical HR processes such as WGEA reporting and the annual remuneration review. This role will also provide support in the implementation and optimisation of internal HR systems and processes.
This is a permanent full-time role based at our beautiful West Perth office, near the City West train station.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct salary analysis and provide salary recommendations using relevant external market data (Aon) and internal relativies
- Manage companywide remuneration review
- Manage bonus and incentive schemes, including employee communications (drafting and releasing letters) and liaising with payroll
- Providing advise to business leaders and stakeholders in relation to incentive schemes
- Monitor, review and update existing HR policies and procedures
- Research, benchmark, draft syndicate, finalise and publish new policies and procedures
- Take ownership of the biannual Aon submissions
- Prepare and submit data for the annual WGEA reporting, communicate findings and assist with ad hoc reporting
- Provide support in researching new systems to enable a more streamlined and efficient HR process
- Provide guidance and support in designing and implementing new systems to the business including the change management process.
ABOUT YOU:
- Formal tertiary qualifications in HR/Business or other related discipline
- Extensive experience in an HR Remuneration or Generalist role, ideally within the mining industry
- In-depth knowledge of remuneration and benefits processes and best practice
- Current working knowledge of a range of HRIS’ including implementation, management and optimisation of systems
- Knowledge of HR organisational policies and practices
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience working with MS Excel and PowerBI
- Experience in WGEA Reporting and Aon submissions highly regarded
