About the Role
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Geologist - Growth to join our team at our Kanowna Belle Operations on a Residential, 8/6 roster, working 12-hours per day with focus on leading and coordinating our Growth Geology Team.
- Mentoring and supervision of Graduates to Project Geologists
- Project planning
- Geological reporting
- Budget tracking
- Drill execution
- Lead and coordinate Growth Geology Team
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualifications: tertiary qualification (minimum degree level) in geology
- Current Unencumbered Western Australian “C” Class Manual Drivers Licence
- Experience: Extensive experience as a geologist in the resource industry, preferably in gold mining
- Experience with geology software packages
- Strong knowledge and experience in sampling, QAQC, block modelling, advanced grade estimation techniques
- Leadership experience
- Contractor Management (analytical assay and drilling)
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
