About the Role

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Geologist - Growth to join our team at our Kanowna Belle Operations on a Residential, 8/6 roster, working 12-hours per day with focus on leading and coordinating our Growth Geology Team.

• Mentoring and supervision of Graduates to Project Geologists
• Project planning
• Geological reporting
• Budget tracking
• Drill execution
• Lead and coordinate Growth Geology Team

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualifications: tertiary qualification (minimum degree level) in geology
• Current Unencumbered Western Australian “C” Class Manual Drivers Licence
• Experience: Extensive experience as a geologist in the resource industry, preferably in gold mining
• Experience with geology software packages
• Strong knowledge and experience in sampling, QAQC, block modelling, advanced grade estimation techniques
• Leadership experience
• Contractor Management (analytical assay and drilling)
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
