Senior Electrical Engineer

Join a well-regarded EPCM consultancy delivering major mining and industrial projects across Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer who enjoys being hands-on with technical delivery and wants to contribute to projects from concept through to detailed design and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical engineering projects from concept through to detailed design and procurement.
• Design and review HV and LV electrical systems for mining and industrial facilities.
• Develop detailed engineering deliverables including SLDs, schematics, termination drawings and design packages.
• Perform engineering calculations such as load flow, fault level, cable sizing, equipment sizing, earthing and lightning protection studies.
• Prepare technical specifications, scopes of work and procurement documentation.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.

About You

• Degree qualified Electrical Engineer.
• 8+ years'' experience within mining, minerals processing or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong background in detailed design and technical delivery.
• Experience preparing engineering calculations, drawings and design documentation.
• Power system studies experience highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
