Description & Requirements

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced Senior E&I Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team until mid-2028, based in the Brisbane office until December then on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:4 roster.

• Supervise E&I project scopes
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and assist with daily activities of work crews
• Ensure compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements
• Ensure that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met

What you will bring:

• Demonstrable experience as an Senior or Lead E&I Supervisor in the resources sector (Oil and Gas preferred)
• Cert III in Electro Technology and a current Australian Electrical License
• Cert III in Instrumentation and EEHA Certification (highly regarded)
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a national workforce in the field
• Proven ability to plan work and coordinate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using digital completions systems (highly regarded)
• Strong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
• Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
• Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)
