Description & Requirements

• Monadelphous are seeking an experienced Senior E&I Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team on a casual contract commencing July 2026, based on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:4 roster.
• Reporting to the Site Manager
• Supervising E&I project scopes
• Planning, coordinating, supervising and assisting with daily activities of work crews
• Ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements
• Ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met

About You / Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as an E&I Supervisor in the resources sector
• Cert III in Electro Technology and a current Australian Electrical License
• Cert III in Instrumentation and EEHA Certification (highly regarded)
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a national workforce in the field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using digital completions systems (highly regarded)
• Strong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
• Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
• Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)
