We are actively pursuing project opportunities in solar energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), wind energy, as well as hybrid fossil fuel generation, hydrogen, and ammonia projects. As we continue to grow and adapt, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for upcoming projects.

About the Role

Senior Electrical Draftsperson is an office-based role where you’ll lead drafting delivery across major energy projects, producing high-quality electrical drawings and supporting engineering teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring designs are accurate, buildable, and delivered on time while mentoring junior drafters and contributing to project success.

Your duties and responsibilities :

  • Prepare and deliver electrical drawings and documentation to project standards
  • Ensure designs are accurate, compliant, and suitable for construction
  • Coordinate with engineers and project teams to meet deadlines
  • Review and check drawings for quality and technical accuracy
  • Mentor junior drafters and support team capability uplift
  • Assist with material take-offs, tenders, and design support activities

Your skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in electrical drafting, ideally within energy or infrastructure
  • Experience in power industry projects (e.g. substations, renewables, grid connections)
  • Strong understanding of design for construction and detailing practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage drafting deliverables to deadlines
  • Experience reviewing drawings and mentoring junior team members
  • Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience
