We're partnering with a leading fleet and asset-focused organisation seeking a Business Improvement Specialist to support business growth through data analytics, financial modelling, process improvement, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Develop Power BI dashboards and business performance reporting.
Analyse fleet, operational and financial data to uncover trends and opportunities.
Deliver financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis.
Support strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes.
Partner with stakeholders across operations, sales and finance.
Improve fleet utilisation, profitability and asset performance.

About You

To be successful, you'll likely come from a background in:
Business Improvement
Commercial Analysis
Business Intelligence
Data Analytics
Operational Excellence
Financial Analysis
You'll also bring:
Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Experience translating data into actionable business insights.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience within fleet, transport, logistics, mining services, rental or asset-intensive industries will be highly regarded.
