Job Statement

At Genesis Minerals, we’re shaping a high-performance, values-led organisation to support our continued growth across Western Australia. As we scale, we’re investing in the systems, frameworks and capability that underpin sustainable performance and this role is central to that journey.

Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, the Senior Organisational Development Advisor will lead the design, development and embedding of contemporary OD frameworks and programs that strengthen leadership capability, culture and organisational effectiveness.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, design-led role suited to someone who thrives on building fit-for-purpose solutions. You’ll take ownership of key OD pillars—developing scalable frameworks, tools and programs that enable leaders and teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement leadership development frameworks and programs across all levels
  • Develop and embed talent and succession planning frameworks aligned to business needs
  • Lead the creation of capability frameworks and career pathways
  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives using data-led insights
  • Build and continuously improve OD tools, systems and methodologies
  • Support organisational change initiatives with structured, scalable approaches
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and sustainability of OD solutions
  • Design and manage employee listening strategies — including engagement surveys, pulse checks, and action planning — to inform decision-making at all levels.
  • Lead change management planning and communication in support of major business transformation and integration activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs using data and insight, continuously refining approaches to maximise impact and return on investment.
  • Act as a visible champion of inclusion and diversity, embedding equitable practices throughout the people lifecycle.

What you can expect from us:

  • A caring and supportive culture.

  • Professional and positive team environments on site, and at all facilities.

  • A 'grow our own' approach with a preference to develop and promote internally.

  • Access to professional development activities and educational assistance.

  • Competitive salary, and options for salary sacrificing.

  • Act as a visible champion of inclusion and diversity, embedding equitable practices throughout the people lifecycle.

About You:

You’re a technically strong OD professional with a passion for building practical, high-impact solutions. You combine analytical thinking with creativity and bring a structured approach to designing and embedding people frameworks.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in organisational development, with a strong focus on program and framework design
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering impactful leadership, culture, and change programs in complex, high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of leadership, talent and culture practices
  • Experience using data, diagnostics and insights to inform design
  • Ability to translate strategy into structured, fit-for-purpose frameworks and tools
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate people strategy into tangible business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the credibility to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in the resources, mining, or similarly complex operational sector is highly regarded.
  • Exposure with psychometric assessment tools and OD methodologies is an advantage.

Why Join Us?

At Genesis, you’ll have the opportunity to build and shape foundational OD frameworks in a growing organisation where your impact will be visible. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in enabling capability and performance across the business.

If you’re motivated by designing and delivering high-quality OD solutions that make a tangible difference, we’d love to hear from you**.**
