About the Role
The Opportunity: Join Gold Fields’ Community Relations team and help manage stakeholder relationships, social risks and community engagement across our exploration and operational portfolio. A key focus of the role is supporting native title relationships, agreement compliance and positive outcomes for Traditional Owners and local communities.
We have two maximum term contract opportunities for 12-18 months. These roles are offered on an 8/6 roster and is available either FIFO from Perth or on a residential basis in the Goldfields Region (Kambalda, Kalgoorlie, or Coolgardie).

What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships with native title and community stakeholders
- Coordinate engagement and consultation activities
- Support cultural heritage work across operations and projects
- Ensure compliance with native title and heritage agreements
- Work with internal teams to align community initiatives with business goals
- Help align social performance practices with global standards (ICMM, UNDRIP, UNGPs)
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, native title, and cultural heritage management, ideally within mining/resources
- Strong knowledge of legislation and global standards
- Proven ability to build relationships and facilitate stakeholder dialogue
- Tertiary qualification in social performance, community development or related fields (desirable)
- Current manual driver’s licence
