Description & Requirements

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals Southern Division is looking for a new Senior Resource Administrator to join our team located in the Goldfields! This is a 6 month opportunity, working Monday to Friday assisting our team with leadership administration tasks . You will oversee the accounting aspect of our branch, from invoicing to procurement and reporting on budgets and debtors. This role will be based in our Kalgoorlie branch, working from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Please be aware that this is not a FIFO opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the payroll of our Kalgoorlie branch employees
• Assisting our operations staff with the management of our accounts payable and receivable
• Managing the correct invoicing and procurement for the branch
• Upkeeping equipment use and maintenance registers
• Reporting on forecasts and budget details
