The Opportunity

You’ll make a meaningful impact by delivering reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial insights for our Agnew Gold Mine. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within the Commercial portfolio - Finance, Supply, Camp & Flights, IT and Administration - you’ll strengthen cost leadership, enhance reporting, and support strategic planning for the site.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-of-month processes and reporting for operational and capital expenditure
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and drive continuous improvement across finance, utilising ERP and BI tools
• Partner with operational leaders to analyse performance, highlight cost drivers, and identify risks and opportunities
• Act as a key liaison for external and internal auditors, ensuring smooth delivery of audit requirements
• Support the Finance Manager with delivery of strategic LoM planning, capital compliance, operational requirements, and high-quality business analytics

What You’ll Bring

• CA or CPA qualified (preferred) with proven mining industry experience (site-based experience advantageous)
• Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Accounting
• Advanced reporting, cost analysis and operational business partnering skills
• Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders across site departments
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Xeras (advantageous) and BI Tools (Qlik, PowerBI) highly regarded
• Extensive Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
