About the role:

The Fixed Plant Maintenance team is currently seeking a Scheduler Resources to join them on a 8/6 Days only roster based at Roy Hill Mine. Reporting to the Senior Scheduler Resources, you will be responsible for efficient co-ordination of the labour and equipment resources required to execute safe, successful, and cost-efficient Fixed Plant Shutdowns.

Duties:

  • Preparation and monitoring of resource schedules for shutdowns and weekly maintenance
  • Tracking resource progress and risks in the lead up to the planned shutdown to allow Planning and Execution to make informed decisions and alternative plans when required
  • Review plans for shutdown events and schedule the mobilisation of shutdown contract labour. To include, but not limited to, charter flights, vendor service requests, buses, hire vehicles, hire equipment and other logistical tasks
  • Process service requests, quotes, sole source justifications, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoices

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability and experience in the same or similar role
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Current WA C Class Manual Drivers Licence
  • SAP Experience
  • Ability to maintain high attention to detail whilst in a fast paced and changing environment
