We take pride in our superior service level and celebrate our employees – the heart of our company’s successAbout the RoleReporting to site leadership, the Safety & Training Coordinator will support the implementation of safety systems, training programs and workforce competency management to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. 

Responsibilities

Coordinate site training, onboarding and competency management systemsMaintain employee training records and compliance documentationSupport safety initiatives, inspections and auditsAssist with incident investigations and corrective actionsFacilitate inductions and site-specific training programsMonitor statutory training and refresher requirementsPromote a proactive safety culture across all work groupsPrepare reports, training matrices and compliance documentationSupport workforce mobilisation and contractor compliance processesLiaise with operational leaders, employees and external training providers

Qualifications
