We specialise in shaft sinking, mine development, contract mining, raiseboring, underground construction, engineering & technical services, and specialty services in the mining and construction sectors.

Responsibilities

• Working an 8&6 roster as part of the OHS team, the Safety & Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, monitoring and implementation of all Health, Safety & Training requirements for the project, ensuring they meet Redpath's and all relevant legislative requirements.
• Identify improvements or updates for safety & training needs for the project.
• Coordinate all safety and training functions for the project, ensuring adequate resources are provided to support the project operations.
• Facilitate and complete risk assessment, management of change and other associated HSEQ systems requirements.
• Maintain and develop the training requirements for all roles at the Project.
