About the Role

As an S26 Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day exploration activities and ensuring safe, efficient field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise RC and diamond drilling programs
• Lead and mentor field assistants and exploration personnel
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and statutory requirements
• Coordinate drill contractors, logistics and daily field activities
• Conduct field inspections, risk assessments and hazard reporting
• Manage sampling, drill site preparation and rehabilitation activities
• Complete daily reporting and maintain accurate field records
• Liaise with geologists, contractors and site management

What you'll need to succeed

• Current Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification is essential
• Previous experience supervising exploration programs in WA
• Strong knowledge of RC and/or diamond drilling operations
• Experience working within iron ore exploration environments preferred
• Ability to manage contractors and multiple work fronts
• Current C Class Driving Licence (manual preferred)
• Senior First Aid Certificate highly regarded
• Strong commitment to safety leadership and compliance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
