Rope Access Supervisor
SRG Global is looking for experienced Rope Access Site Supervisors to join our team delivering shutdown and maintenance works across tier 1 mining clients in the Pilbara region.
With multiple long term contracts supporting tier 1 clients across mine, rail and port assets, we can offer long-term, ongoing work for the right candidates wanting to join our industry leading rope access division.

The Role
You will supervise Rope Access and multi-trade crews delivering fixed plant maintenance, shutdown and upgrade works.
Trades on site may include:
• Boilermakers
• Mechanical Fitters
• NDT Technicians
• Riggers
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the safe execution of allocated work scopes including team coordination, safety leadership and ensuring compliance with IRATA and site requirements.
Requirements
- IRATA Qualification (level 3 preferred)
- Mechanical trade background (preferred)
- Previous Rope Access supervisory experience
- Mining industry experience
- Construction White Card
- Schedule 26 – Appointed Persons
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Strong computer systems skills and knowledge.
- A qualification in Management (e.g. Frontline Management) would be highly regarded.
